Beaufort County will be holding bid openings over the next year to rehabilitate approximately ten (10) houses through the 2027 funding cycle of the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency’s ESFRLP program. The county is actively seeking contractors to bid on these proposals. The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency provides 100% of the funding for the Beaufort County 2027 ESFRLP program. Beaufort County encourages participation of local and historically underutilized businesses.
