Biography
In 1991, Mr. Black graduated from East Carolina University with a BS in Biology. He is the Assistant Public Works Director for the City of Washington, Vice-President of Beaufort County Farm Bureau, and on the Board of Directors with TriCounty RiverStreet Telecommunications.
Wayne resides in Pantego and assists other family members with Black Brothers Farms.
