Biography
Mr. Allen currently presides as Chairman of the Beaufort Soil and Water Conservation District and has served in that capacity since January, 2005. Mr. Allen has been a member of the District's Board of Supervisors since December 5, 1994. Mr. Allen is a 1961 graduate of Pantego High School, Pantego, North Carolina and a 1963 graduate of North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina. His military background includes 6 years with the Military Reserve. He is also the past President of Beaufort Pork Producers. Mr. Allen is a farmer in the Pantego community.
